Plan IT planning connection

In order to give you access to the planning done in Plan IT, a new connection with Claire can now be established. It is a new way to safely flow information from Plan IT across your team using the Claire platform. After establishing this connection, the information entered in Plan IT will now be visible to mechanics on their Claire tablet and to the receptionists on the main dashboard.

Requirement

A Plan IT's API login is required. The details, Username and Password, must be provided to Claire in order activate this feature. 

The information on how to create a key should be available to your administrator under https://www.plan-it.nl/faq/api-login

In Plan IT, your administrator should go to the Beheer omgeving menu and select API login details , there he can create new API login details for Claire. Once created,  he should then receive the login name and password.

Configuration

Contact support@claireit.eu in order to established the connection. User accounts for mechanics in Claire must be paired to mechanics listed in Plan IT. Refer to link for our configuration fee.

Advantages

Here are the main advantages: 
  1. Receptionists do not have to open Plan IT to see on which workorder each mechanic is working on or to see the scheduled time of when they will work on it.
  2. A mechanic, using his Claire's tablet, without having to look at the day planning screen, will know exactly what he needs to do.

Appointment list

On the appointment list, you will be able to see to which mechanics work orders were assigned to in Plan IT.

Simply click on the dropdown filter Updated by / Assigned to as indicated in the following image:

Once the filter Assigned to selected, the mechanics that are assigned to the work order will be displayed, then if you hover over their names, the work start and work stop date and time will appear.

Tablet

Once the feature is set up, mechanics will now see a new toggle button named Planning in the left corner: 

Once enabled, only the work orders assigned to the mechanic will be visible. The work orders will be listed in order of start time.
