In Claire you can add a file (pdf, jpeg, jpg, zip) to the work order. When a file is added to the work order, it will remain there so that the file can be found later. This could be usefull for warranty items for example.
How to add an attachment
In the work order page, click in the Notes box on the green plus icon. Here you can see the Add Attachment(s) in between.
By clicking on add attachment(s) a pop-up will open where you can fill in the details. It is also possible to add a note to the attachment.
Then click Save.
The attachment(s) has/have been added to the Notes box. The number shows the amount of attachment(s) that have been added.
Click on the paperclip icon to see which attachment(s) have been added.
By checking an attachment the Download button will appear. It is also possible to check all attachments by clicking Select all.
