It is possible to add a file (PDF, JPEG, ZIP...) to the workorder. When you add a file, Claire will keep it (for example a FIC) at the workorder level.
To add a file, when you open the workorder you see a blue paper icon in the top right part of the page. By clicking on this icon you have the option to add a file.
Click Add attachment(s)
To attached the file(s), either:
- Click Drag here or browse to browse your folders, select one or multiple files located in the same folder, then click Drag here or browse.
- Select and then drag the file(s) to the button Drag here or browse .
To see if there is a file added, see if there is a number that is behind the paperclip icon.
To download an added file, click on the name off the added file.
The folowing modal will open with a preview, simply click the button Download.
Note: After opening a file, the name of the file will be in bolded until the WO details page is closed.
In case you want to remove the file you added, click the edit button.
Then click the trash button.
This note is visible to mechanic.
