Adding a Recurring Car Note
This function allows you to manually add a notification icon to indicate that a car is coming back to the workshop repetitively.
Accessing
On the WO page, the button to access the reccuring car note feature will be located at the top right section as indicated by the red arrow in the image below.

Then select Add Recurring Car.
Adding the Recurring Car note
After selecting Add Recurring Car, a modal will appear, allowing you to enter a note and attach files:
When saved, the note will be displayed within the Receptionist remarks:
To modify it, click the following icon:
On the Main Page, you will notice a red icon. Hovering over it will display the note that has been entered:
Note: The same icon appears automatically if the appointment is for a car that had a previous appointment in the last 4 weeks. You can modify the range of week by contacting support@claireit.eu.
