This feature shows a new section on the appointment details page. It contains all critical and advised items from previous appointments, that are neither fixed or snoozed. You can offer these items again to the customer in the new workorder.
How it works
When activated, this section is visible above the notes section. By default it is collapsed. A counter in the header indicates the total number of items it contains.
Click on the arrow icon next to the counter to expand the section. You cannot edit items directly in the section, however you can convert an item to intervention or hide it.
You can also open the appointment details page where this item was detected by clicking the WO#.

Note:
This section only shows a maximum of 10 items, sorted from newest to oldest. Navigate through all the items by clicking the navigation arrows or number in the left bottom corner.
Converting to intervention
You can offer the customer to still have items from this section repaired/replaced, via the online check-in or the diagnosis overview. Convert an item to intervention before sending the customer communication.
Step 1: Click the plus icon behind an item and select convert to intervention.
Step 2: The intervention modal opens, add the necessary information here and click Save.
Step 3:The item now appears as an intervention in the interventions section. In addition, the item has disappeared from the Advised and critical items history section.
Now send the customer communication to offer the item to the customer.
Hidding items from the section
If for some reason you don't want to see items, you can hide them by clicking on the arrow icon to the left of the item. The item then disappears immediately.
To see the hidden items, click on the same icon at the top left of the column. Hover over it and the text ‘Show hidden items’ appears.
After clicking this, the icon turns green and you will see all the hidden items.
To make an item visible again, click the green icon again.
