This function allows the receptionist to assign one or more mandatory checklists to an intervention. The mechanic then knows what checklists to do for which intervention. This can be helpfull with warranty claims for instance. It is not possible to progress the workorder until that checklist is done.
- It is possible to assign a checklist if the status of the WO is New car, Check started and Check Ready
- In the status Info it is only possible to assign an Info checklist
- In the status Car Ready it is only possible to assign a Quality check
- Test drive checklists can be assigned in every status
- It is not possible to assign an Visual check or Extra parts checklist
How it works
When you expand an intervention, you have the option to select the tab Checklists.
In this dropdown you can assign a checklist. The following checklists are available:
- Regular checklists
- Info checklists
- Quality checklists (Only in status Car Ready and if the car is still in shop)
- Test drive
Select a checklist and click on Add to assign it.
Note: If a checklist has the setting to be only done once, then it is not possible to assign this checklist to multiple interventions. It will then show an error: 'This checklist can be done only once.'
When a checklist is connected to the intervention, a red checklist icon is visible. This indicates that the mandatory checklist is not done yet.
Changing the checklist order
When multiple checklists are assigned, you can click on the grey arrow icon to change the order.
This indicates in which order the mechanic needs to complete the checklist.
Note: it is not possible to move a connected checklist once it is completed.
Removing a checklist
You can remove a checklist by clicking the red bin icon.
Note: it is not possible to delete a connected checklist once it is completed.
On the tablet
On tablet the mechanic can find the mandatory checklists under the tab Assigned. Upon opening this checklist, the mechanic does not need to add a purpose.
After checklist is done
After the mechanic has finished the checklist, it will show in green on the intervention on desktop.
If not all assigned checklists are done by the mechanic, it is not possible to change the status of the workorder.
After all checklists are done, the checklist icon on the intervention will turn green.
