Setting a WO as backorder

Only available when the WO status is Customer OK, Car Ready and Quality Check performed, this feature able you to indicate a workorder as backorder.

Accessing

On the WO page, the button to access the note feature will be located at the top right section as indicated by the red arrow in the image below.

Then select Set Back Order.

Setting WO as Backorder

By clicking on this icon, a modal will appear where you can write a note and attach files. You have a date picker that will automatically change the appointment date to the the date selected.

When Set it will be displayed within the Important items section.


This note cant be modified.
You can change back the status by clicking Customer Ok in the progress bar.

This note is visible to the mechanic.
