Backorder Dashboard (V8)

This dashboard helps users find all the appointment that have the status backorder in one centralized location.

Backorders dashboard

You can access this dashboard in the hamburger menu as indicated in the image below.



The Backorder dashboard will show by default all the workorders set with the Backorder status for your default locations.



You can search in the dashboard by registration number or workorder number.

Filters

There are different filters available in the dashboard:
  1. Filter backorders for one or multiple locations
  2. Filter on appointment date (By default last 30 days)
  3. Filter bij Backorder date
  4. Filter by registration- or vinnumber



By clicking the button below in the top-rigth, you can reset all filters back to default. The searchbar will be erased and the location will revert to default.



Viewing contact information

To view available contact information on the contractor, the driver or the owner, hover your cursor over the following icon:



Export backorders

By clicking the button below in the top-right corner, you can create an export of al the backorders in the dashboard.



After clicking, a pop-up opens where you can select Download. After that an Excel sheet will be downloaded.
