Carsys is a different kind of DMS, because it pushes the data to Claire.
For any other DMS we send a request for data to the DMS.

Info
Work orders created before the connection with CLaire was established, are not automatically imported into Claire. Carsys has a special button for sending work orders to Claire. If you have any questions, please contact Carsys.
