This feature offers the possibility for your customers to quickly and effortlessly hand over their keys.
The Key locker contains 16 boxes and 2 screens. User with a dealer admin role can access the following dashboards to adjust the keylocker configuration.
Keylockers dashboard
Use this dashboard to open a box or to view which appointment are currently in the dashboard.
This dashboard is available on the side menu under the section Customer Comm.
The dashboard will display all Claire's lockers with the following info:
- Name
- Lockers (Active/Total)
- Keys
- Versions
- 2FA To Drop Key
- Activation/Deactivation button
- Details button
- Edit button
- Delete button
1. Activation/Deactivation button allows you to deactivate the keylocker, only available when empty.
2. The purple button allows you to see the appointment details for the keys currently inside the locker and with option to open the box with temporarely PIN.
If you click the blue button, you will be able obtain a temporarely PIN in order to open any box.
3. You can edit the name of the keylocker and enable or disable the 2 factor authentication to drop key.
2 factor authentication to drop key means that a PIN is required to drop a key.
Templates dashboard
This dashboard is available on the side menu under the section Customer Comm.
Location overview dashboard
Use this dashboard to set a security code between 1000 and 9999
Enter the security code, once a new code was entered, users must relogin on tablet for it come in effect.
Users dashboard
Use this dashboard to see if a user is allowed to use the keylocker.
Search and select the user, on the Edit User modal you will be able to see if the user is allowed.
