Connecting to Servicebox

To link Claire to a service box, it is important that you have your own Claire account and your own workplace number in the service box. If you do not have your own workplace number, you will need to apply for it at the IT department of the organization where you work.

1.Open the workorder in Claire: Click on the work order of an appointment in the overview screen.

2.Open Servicebox from Claire: Open service box by clicking on the Servicebox button that you see at the left top of the screen.
3. Login with your D number: Enter your D number with the corresponding password.
4.Go to your profile: Click on my profile in the upper right corner of the page.
5.Confirm application settings:  Click to confirm as shown on the right.
Step 6: Select your workplace number:
Scroll down and select your workplace here.
