In V8, interventions are only editable when they are in the interventions tab. Here can you add information, such as a warranty pin or attachments. In addition, only these interventions are visible in customer communications.

Note: You can only send the diagnose overview once. Therefore, make sure the correct items are converted to an intervention!
How it works
After the mechanic has performed a check, the status of the work order changes to Check Ready. The mechanic has marked items as necessary or advised, it is now the intention to communicatie this to the customer via the diagnose overview.
The receptionist now needs to convert the mechanic's found items to an intervention, you do this in the following way:
Step 1: For a work order where a checklist has just been done, the checklist tab has appeared. Click the plus sign behind an item and select Convert to Intervention.
Step 2: After this, the intervention screen opens. Depending on the information added by the mechanic, the fields are pre-filled. Update them if necessary and click Save.
Step 3: After clicking save, the new intervention appears in the tab Interventions. It appears below the current interventions and can be recognised by the necessary or recommended icon in front of the intervention.
Step 4: Click on the intervention to open it. Here you can add further information like the warranty pin, an attachment or approve for repair etc. After making any edits, click Save.

Check converted items
You can check whether an item has been converted to an intervention by clicking on the status icon.
Then Claire only shows the checklist with the item connected to the intervention.
Sending Diagnose overview
Now send the diagnose overview to the customer by clicking on the letter icon at the top right of the work order.

Note: Only items converted to intervention can be seen in customer communications.
The following screen appears:
The new interventions are listed under the Pending Approval heading. Check that all the interventions you want to submit to the customer are actually listed here. Then click Send diagnose overview.
