Edit user profile (V8)

In the account settings, you can change certain elements of your profile, password, default location and landing page.

Where do you find the account settings?

Navigate to the Appointment list and click on the photo icon in the top right corner, as shown below.



Click on Account settings.



Always click Save when making changes to your profile, otherwise they may be lost.

Add a profile picture

Hover your cursor over the circle, and click Upload photo.



Choose the desired profile picture from your files and click Open (varies by computer system).

Update phone number

Click on the box shown below, and enter your phone number.



Change location

Click on the field shown below, and select your default location from the drop-down.



Change landing page

Click on the field shown below, and select the page you want to see after logging in.


Change default statuses

If you are working with specific statuses in Claire, then it is possible to organize your overview. Click on this bar disable/enable certain status filters.


On the appointmentlist these filters will then be enabled/disabled by default. These filters will also be remembered when logging out.


The same can be done for the Workshop Day Overview. In the section below you can set the following default filters:
  1. Collapse column by default: Collapse the Appointment, Cars Ready and/or Quality Control columns by default
  2. Default statuses: Which statuses are selected/deselected by default
  3. Default brands: Which brands are selectable in the brand filter



Change password

Click on the green Change password button.



Enter your old password, a new password and confirm the new password by entering it again. Then click Save.



Activate order status

Depending on the option(s) you have enabled, the available filters on the main page will change. You can find more information on the meaning of the statuses here.



Turn notifications on/off

Turn notifications on for certain actions. You will get notified when other users click on that action for a workorder. For instance: In the picture below, the user will get notified when another user enables the pin on a WO and when a mechanic starts a check on a WO.



Check your Chrome settings about allowed notifications first.
