Importing an appoinment instantly in Claire using the main page's search bar

This function allows you to import instantly an appointment from Keyloop to Claire.  When an appointment is just created in Keyloop, the appointment can be imported immediately into Claire in order to avoid any delays.

Prerequisite

In order to be able to use this function, your location needs to be using Keyloop API.

Importing the appointment

This function is availabe in the main page. 

In the search bar, enter the workorder number of the appointment that was not yet imported. The following result should appear with the Keyloop tag to the left.



Click anywhere on the result to simply import the appointment from Keyloop to Claire.
