Navigating through the appointment list (V8)
Each action starts from the appointment list. Here, you can view all the appointments for the selected day and the status of each appointment.
Access
The appointment list opens as soon as you log into Claire, unless you have specified otherwise in your profile settings.
Legend

Number | Name | Description | Link to related article |
1 | Hamburger menu | Click here to access other modules such as the Day Planner (depending on your role and location settings). |

2 | Lo@d function | Display of the order time (optional feature). |

3 | Header and filters | Headers that explain the information in that column and the filter for notification icons. |
|
4 | Work order pin | Pins the workorder to the appointment list for all users at that location. |
|
5 | Add workorder | Click the green plus sign to manually create a workorder. |
|
6 | Search bar | In the search bar, you can search by various criteria, such as workorder numbers or license plate numbers. |
|
7 | Date picker | By default on todays date. It is also possible to filter on different dates
- Double click a date to see WO on a singular date
- Click one time on a date and select one other date in the future to see all WO between those dates*

8 | Location picker | If your dealer has multiple locations, you can switch between them in Claire. |
|
9 | Refresh button | Click here to refresh Claire. |
|
10 | Dayplanner | Click here to open the Dayplanner. |
|
11 | User profile | Click here to access your profile and Help Center. |
|
12 | Status filter | Select which workorders you want to see depending on the status. |
|
13 | Checklist | The first letter of a checklist performed on this workorder. |
|
14 | Last updated by | The initials or profile picture of the user who made the last change to the workorder. |

15 | Icon filters | Icons in Claire giving additional info about the work order. |

*Date selector instructions:
1. Select the first date:
2. Select a second date (Maximum of 7 days from the first selected date):
Note that all days between the to selected dates is turned grey, this means all WO from these dates are visible. In the date field you can see which dates are selected.
Click on 'Clear date range' to reset to the default date of today.
Order of appointment list
The workorders are first sorted by:
- Activated panic request
- Car key left in the locker (Keylocker and Check-in kiosk)
Then, they are sorted by status:
- Online check-in sent
- Car check
- Initial check done
- Make an offer
- Offer ready
- Info status
- Diagnostic overview sent
- Customer answered
- Customer OK
- Car ready
- Car ready with repair overview
- Check started
- Quality control
- Quality control with repair overview
- Car in shop
- Online check-in answered
- New car
- Cancelled
- Backorder
Finally, they are sorted by the time the mechanic updated the appointments.
If the date picker is set to today, the following appointments are displayed:
- Appointments scheduled for today
- Pinned appointments
- Appointments with the status Car in shop and a future date
- Appointments with the status Check-in done
