It is now possible to receive a notification in Claire for workorders, if the following criteria are met:
- The setting is enabled on location and on tablet
- The WO is assigned to the mechanic in the Workshop Dayoverview
- The WO status has changed to Customer OK or Extra Info
How it works
Open the account settings on tablet and enable the toggle Notification for assigned WO.
Now you will get notified on the tablet if the status of an assigned WO has changed to Customer OK or Extra Info. The notification only appears on the appointment list or the main WO page:
Click on Close to close the pop-up or click on Open to navigatie to the WO.
