OVIS Button (V8)

By using this feature, you can access data from the PON OVIS vehicle database. PON provides an API that allows us to retrieve all the necessary vehicle information to enhance data in Claire.
This can be used to create work orders or import specific data that is not available from the DMS.

Activation

To activate this, the dealer must provide the PON credentials:
  1. PON Username
  2. PON Password
Contact support@claireit.eu to activate this feature.

How to access

The button is visible on the appointment details page if the PON setting is enabled. If data is available, the button will appear in green.



By clicking the button, a modal will appear with the information.



If no data is available, the button will appear without color.



When we click on it, a message will be shown indicating that no data is available.
