¨I need help¨ button for the mechanic
If the mechanic gets stuck or blocked while working through the checklist, they can use "I Need Help" button to request assistance from the receptionist or workshop manager.
Activating
1. Open the Extra Parts checklist and click on the icon for the necessary item.
2. An extra line will appear in which you can enter your request for help and add a photo/video if necessary.
How does the receptionist see this question?
After requesting help through the Extra Parts, the work order is placed at the top of the appointment overview list with the technician's name highlighted in red:
How can the receptionist handle the query?
To indicate that the issue has been resolved, the receptionist must change the status of the question from Critical to Skipped.
