Picking up a key from the Claire's locker.

If your location is using physical locker for keys from Claire, here are the steps to retrieve a key from it.

 

 Step 1 

On your tablet, you can see for which WO a key was dropped, thanks to a specific icon in the list as indicated in the image below.

 

 Step 2 

Open the WO, you will now see a new button, click on it to open the QR scan.

 

 Step 3 

 

You can then retrieve the key for that WO by scanning the QR code on the locker's screen. It was created exclusively for that instance and that can only be scanned from the tablet who requested it.


If QR is not scanned within 30 secondes it will close automatically.

Note If the key was not retrieved and you are about to perform a check the following message will be visible on the checklists overview:
