In order to access information from tire wholesalers, a connection can now be made between Claire and these companies: Wheel Tyre and/or
Banden Express.
As a result, receptionists will view in Claire what those providers have in stock with their prices and enable them to place an order directly from Claire.

An existing account with Wheel Tyre or Banden Express that has ordering enabled and only an authorized user can place an order, ask a manager to contact us at
support@claireit.eu to update your user permission.
How it works
On the appointment details, after the mechanic completed a checklist with a tire element, you'll see a blue plus button with the option to order tires.
Click on this button to open the Add replacement modal. The tires filled in by the mechanic during the check will be prefilled in.
If there are no tires available, you can change the search-filters and click on search.
Additional information will be provided:
- Icon showing season
- 3PMSF icon (when applicable)
- Tyre description
- Brand
- Art / EAN number
- Gross Price
- Neto Price
- Customer Price
- Load
- Speed
- Flat Tire
- Channel
- Quantity in stock
- Delivery type
Choose a tire from the selecting by clicking on the checkmark box in the column Add. Then click on the green Add button in the bottom-right corner.
On the workorder detailpage, the replacement tire will appear below the chosen tire:

Note: this does not mean that the tire is ordered, only that the replacement is added in Claire.
You can see that a grey shopping cart icon appears on the replacement tire, clicking on this gives you access to the Place order function.
Adding a discount
It is possible to add a discount or an extra margin in Claire, click
here to read more.
You can select this discount in the Add replacement screen by clicking on the dropdown below Discount name.
Depending on the selected discount, there will be a price or percentage number added in the Gross or Neto price column. This will reflect in the customer price.
Convert to intervention
To offer the replacement tire to the customer, you need to convert the item to an intervention. Do this by clicking on the plus icon on the item and select Convert to intervention.
The convert to intervention scree opens, you can see that the replacement tire is added as a subitem.
Fill in the field with Fixed price with the desired price, this will not be done automaticly. This can still be done after converting to intervention. Then click on Save.
The item now appears in the Interventions tab, with the replacement tire as subitem.

Note: It is not possible to convert an item to intervention if 2 or more replacement tires are added. Reduce the replacement tires to 1 before proceding.
Place an order
After the customer agreed to the replacement, you can order the tire. Click on the grey shopping cart behind the replacement tire.
This will open the Place order screen, here you can select the quantity of tires you want to order.
You can enter text in the fields Packing slip / Invoice reference, that will then be visible on the channel portal in the section called Referentie for the order(s) placed. The field on the left will be prefilled with the EAN of the first tire.

Note: The selectable quantity will always be 0 or 1. Only if the same tire is also selected as replacement for another tire, the quantity can be changed dependable on the amount of replacement tires. Obviously the tire also needs to have enough in stock.
Once you selected a quantiy, click on the green
Order button in the bottom-right corner.
Status behind the tire will then shows a checkmark, if it shows a red x, contact us at
support@claireit.eu.
Click on the close icon in the top-right corner to return to the workorder detailpage. Here you see that the shopping cart buttons for the ordered replacement tires have changed color:
- Blue for over night delivery
- Green for same day delivery
- Orange for pickup order
If you hover over it, the details about delivery or pickup and the channel will appear.
If you click on it, a new tab in your browser will open to the wholesaler's portal.
In the channel portal, the following information will appear in the section Referentie of the order that was placed:
- Work order number
- Registration number
- Receptionist name
- Price if location setting enabled. Contact support@claireit.eu to enable it
- Text entered on the left field in the order modal
- Text entered on the right field in the order modal
