Printing a label for a key

To identify each key that got delivered, Claire now provides a clear and simple layout to label the keys for a more efficient and organized working method. 

Activation

To activate or desactivate this feature, contact us at support@claireit.eu.

How it works

This feature is located on the Appointment details page as indicated in the image below:



Once you click on it, the following modal will appear:



The following information is displayed:
  1. Make
  2. Model
  3. Registration
  4. VIN
  5. WO#
  6. Name of the user who printed the label
  7. First and last name of the owner, if none, driver then contractor.

Label layout

You can select between two print layouts: A4 and Label.
