Printing a label for a key
To identify each key that got delivered, Claire now provides a clear and simple layout to label the keys for a more efficient and organized working method.
Activation
To activate or desactivate this feature, contact us at support@claireit.eu.
How it works
This feature is located on the Appointment details page as indicated in the image below:
Once you click on it, the following modal will appear:
The following information is displayed:
- Make
- Model
- Registration
- VIN
- WO#
- Name of the user who printed the label
- First and last name of the owner, if none, driver then contractor.
Label layout
You can select between three print layouts: A4, Label and Kiosk Label.
