RDW button

RDW button

This feature allows you to easily check data on the car about RDW.  You can then easily adjust the data in your DMS if it is incorrect. You can also tell the customer when the car is due for a new APK.

How to access it

The button is avaible on appointment details page:

If you click on it, a RDW modal will appear and will show available information in RDW when the appointment was created in Claire.

A refresh button is available, click on it to update the info.

When the APK date and Tachograph dates are expired, the border of the button will be highlighted in red.

This button is only active in the Netherlands.
