Using Recalls button

Using Recalls button

In Claire it is possible to see if a car has open recalls from RDW or PON* with the Recalls button.
Info
*Note: PON recalls are only visible if the dealer is connected with the PON api.

How to activate

Contact us at support@claireit.eu to enable this setting for your location.

How it works

When the recalls button is activated on location level, it will be visible on workorders which have open recalls:

Notes
The button is by default red on workorders with open recalls. If there are no recalls, the button will not be shown.

Once clicked on it the recalls modal appears, here you will see the following information:
  1. Open recalls at the top and previous/closed recalls at the bottom
  2. Status of the recall: Unsettled, Settled or Unsupported
  3. Close date of the recall
