In Claire it is possible to see if a car has open recalls from RDW or PON* with the Recalls button. It is also possible to immediately convert these recalls to interventions.

*Note: PON recalls are only visible if the dealer is connected with the PON api.
How to activate
How it works
When the recalls button is activated on location level, it will be visible on workorders which have open recalls:
If there are no recalls, the button will not be shown.
Click on the Recalls button to open the modal.
Once clicked on it the recalls modal appears, here you will see the following information:
- Open recalls at the top and previous/closed recalls at the bottom
- Status of the recall: Unsettled, Settled or Unsupported
- Close date of the recall
- Plus button to convert open recalls to interventions
Convert recall to intervention
This new function in V8 allows you to create interventions with prefilled information by the click of a button.
Step 1: Click on the plus button and select convert to intervention.
Step 2: On the convert to intevention modal, all the information is prefilled in. You can edit or add information, then click on Save.
Step 3: The recall will be added as an intervention on the workorder. It will automatically be pinned as a recall.
It is not possible to convert the same recall again on the same workorder. The button will be greyed out:
On new workorders for the same car it is possible to convert the same recall again to intervention, as long as the recall is still open.
