Using the MCC button

To make it easier for service advisers to request MyPeugeot, MyCitroen or MyDS cards, a button has been added in the Claire Dashboard.


The MCC button is not activated by default, it can be requested via the support desk .

Via the color of the MCC button you can immediately see if it is active for the relevant car.


Have you noticed that no MCC button is present or that it may be extended? Then you can easily do this by clicking on the MCC button that directly redirects to the PSA profit page. The details of the car will be taken immediately! So you only have to enter the customer data.


Green - MCC contract through dealer

Orange - MCC contract concluded through another dealer

Blue - MCC contract expires within 3 months and may already be extended after inspection and recommended repair

Red - No contract

Gray - Not applicable to this brand
