(V8) Adding a workorder in Claire

By default, you can create a work order in Claire. To disable this option, please contact support@claireit.eu.

If a work order does not import automatically from the DMS into Claire, you can add it manually. To do so, click the plus button in the top left corner of the appointment list page to create a new WO.


The following modal will open:



All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Any information you enter will be visible on the work order list.

Car field

If the car information has been previously registered in Claire, you can use the pre-filled car information. After entering the license plate number, the corresponding cars will be displayed. Select the correct car.



If the car information is missing (make, model, APK date), you can import it from the RDW by clicking on the External data button:
