Viewing and adding file to a WO on the tablet
Purpose
This feature allows mechanics to view and add a file related to a WO.
Access
The feature is located on the top of the WO overview screen.
Attaching a file
After clicking on the paper clip button, you will see a modal with a plus button on the top right.
After clicking on the button, simply browse the tablet and click on the file you want to add.
Note: Once attached you cannot remove it, you will need to ask a user like a receptionist to remove it.
Viewing a file
Once a file is attached to the WO, the number of file attached to the WO will change.
After clicking the paperclip button, click the arrow icon on the right of the file you wish to view in order to upload the file.
Once the icon has been uploaded, the icon will change appearance.
The document will then automatically open. When you are done reviewing the file, simply click on the back button.
