Waiters in Claire

Waiting customers are displayed in Claire with the coffee cup icon 

This icon is visible in the appointment list when:

1. The "waiter" option is selected in the DMS.

2. When manually creating a work order in Claire, the "waiter" icon is selected.

3. When the "waiter" icon is selected when sending the desk check-in.

When a Work Order for a waiting customer is reported in Claire, and the Work Order is in the ‘Car in Shop’ status, it is highlighted in brown in the appointment list. It will remain highlighted as long as the WO is marked as ‘Customer Wait’ and its status is ‘Car in Shop’. This gives receptionists a better overview and allows them to attend to waiting customers more quickly.

You can also enable the notification pop-up for Customer waiting WO´s when they get the status Car in shop. 

Go to you profile settings and activate the Claire notification Waiting customer Car in shop.

Now you will get a pop-up notification when someone change the status Car in shop by waiters.

Notification pop up contains:

WO number, Scheduled-out date and time, Make & Model, WO Status, Dealer and Location

When clicking on the pop-up you will get navigated to the WO detail page.
