Claire has a feature that gives you access to articles coming directly from our help center without leaving the application, and also allows you to quickly raise a support ticket(s).
Location:
You can find that feature in the shape of question mark in the top right corner of the start-up page (appointments/workorders list):
Help Center section:
- Simply click the help button at the bottom left of the feature section
- Click the magnifier
- Enter in the search field the info you are looking
At bottom of the article, you have different options such as:
- Searching articles with similar tags
- Seeing when the article was updated
- Voting if it was helpful or not
- Submitting a ticket
- Viewing related articles
Accessing the help center page:
An icon located on the top right of every articles allows you to open the article directly on our help center page by simply clicking on it:

Tickets section:
Submitting a support ticket
Step 1:
Go to the Tickets section, then click Add Ticket:
Step 2:
Under Department, select Support @ Claire IT. Once you have completed Subject and Description, click on the blue button named Submit.
Step 3:
You will receive a response by email and your ticket will be updated. To view it, go to the Open section and click on the ticket.
Step 4:
To enlarge the response, click the button with three dots.
Step 5:
The response will be enlarged, you can see the entire message by scrolling up and down.
Step 6:
In order to reply, simply click Reply at the bottom of the response.
Step 7:
You can review closed ticket by clicking on them in the Closed section.
