Editing your profile

Purpose

In the profile page you can modify certain elements of your profile, like: change password, change default location, change landing page, enable notifications etc. After making any changes click on save at the bottom of the page.

Access

The profile page is accessible at the top right corner.



Updating information

Updating profile picture

Click on the indicated circle to browse your computer to upload the desired picture.


Updating phone number

Click in the fields indicated by the red box to update your phone number.



Changing location

Click on the dropdown menu under location to select your location.



Changing landing page

Click the on the dropdown menu to select your landing page, which welcomes you after logging in.



Changing List appointments by

The option sort by Scheduled In/Out date is only available for certain DMS. Click on the dropdown menu to change this.



Once you selected Scheduled In/Out Date, WO listed on the main page will be visible:
  1. If the date selected is the appointment date.
  2. If the date selected is between scheduled in and scheduled out. However, if one or the other is unavailable, the appointment date will be used instead. 
  3. If the appointment is with an appointment set to Car in shop on that day.

Changing password

Click on the green button called Change Password.



A modal window appears, where you can change your password.



Enabling order status

Depending on the option(s) you toggled on, the available shopping cart filters on the appointmentlist page will change accordingly:
  1. When no color filter is activated, the grey shopping cart on the appoinmentlist filters on all WO where the shopping cart is enabled.
  2. When, for instance, only the green shopping cart is enabled, the shopping cart filter will only filter on WO where the green shopping cart is enabled.
  3. When two colors are activated, two different colored shopping carts filters are enabled in the appointmentlist.


Enabling notifications

This section allows users to get desktop notifications when appointments are updated with the selected criteria. The Claire program must be open in the webbrowser to receive notifications.



If the workorder is updated in DMS, it takes up to 5 minutes before the notification appears.

Pin notification status

When enabled,  simply go to warranty dashboard, then in the Pin status filter, select one or more statuses, you'll then receive a notification every time another user creates or updates a pin with one of your selections.
