Enabling Scheduled-out time
This feature allows you to stay informed of the date and time agreed with the customer that the work on his vehicle would be completed. You can request its activation via email at support@claireit.eu.
After activation, you can access the information by clicking on Appointment date in the header row and selecting Scheduled-out. The times indicated in red are the expired ones.
At default the dates are sorted from old to new. You can change this from new to old. Note that the appoinments will be sorted firstly on Status and secondly on Appointment date / Scheduled Out.
You can change this setting in your profile page. At default Appoinment date is set in the dropdown List appointment by.
After making any changes in this page, click on Save.
