Adding a Bill to a workorder

This feature allows for the creation of a note that can be easily identified as containing a bill as an attachment.  Moreover, that attachment is automatically available for download on the Repair overview.

Accessing

On the WO page, the button to access the note feature will be located at the top right section as indicated by the red arrow in the image below.


Then select Add Bill.


This feature is only enabled if the status of the workorder is Customer Ok, Car Ready or Quality check finished and Repair Overview is enabled for your location.

Adding a Bill

By clicking on this icon, a modal will appear where you can write an internal note and add as attachment an invoice.


When saved, the note will be displayed within the Important items section.


The attachment will be available from the Repair overview.


This note is not visible to the mechanic.
