By default it is possible to create a workorer in Claire. To disable this option, contact support@claireit.eu.
When a repair order is not automatically associated from DMS with Claire, it is possible to add it manually. You can add it by clicking on the plus sign at the top center of the screen (See image below).
When you click on it, the following page will open:
All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) have to be filled in. The information entered will be visible on the workorder list. Click here to learn more about it. By clicking the button Add intervention, you will open the following modal.
By clicking Sub-elements, the following pop-up will open.
At the moment, only the subitems of type Notes are currently supported.
For locations that have Keyloop API configuration and using the KeyloopV2_Job platform, interventions are writen back to their DMS.
This feature allows you to find linked customer and then if selected pre-filled customer information. Once a registration number is entered, click the Get Customers button to see the related customers and, if available, select the appropriate one.
For locations that have Keyloop API configuration, it will find the linked customers from your DMS and once the customer is selected, it will automatically pre fill the related data also from your DMS.
This feature allows you to pre-filled car information if customer information was previously recorded in Claire. Once a customer name is entered, click the Get Cars button to see the related cars and if available ,select the appropriate one.
For locations that have Keyloop API configuration, it will find the linked cars from your DMS and once a car is selected . it will automatically pre fill the related data also from your DMS.
The button Car in shop allows you to indicate that the car has already arrived to the shop, by displaying a new icon on the appointment list for that workorder.
