Advanced settings and controls for communications
Claire has at your disposal a set of tools and settings that can allow your team of developers to integrate our
Customer communication module to a third party system. This allows you to take advantage of it, while you still use a system that your team is familiar to communicate with your customer.
Webhooks
Third party systems can be connected through
webhooks. Using Claire's webhooks provide the following advantages:
- Dealers can set up webhooks for each communications in order to be notified when a communication is made available to a customer.
- Webhooks can be set at the dealer level or for a specific location.
- Webhooks can be sent in real time, or queued if the you want to process them one by one.

Sending communication from a third party system
When webhooks are set up, in order to send communications to customers from a third party system, you must r
equest at support@claireit.eu to enable the Third party send communication setting.
You can either:
- Use Claire communication frontend
- Build your own communication frontend (and/or integrate it in mobile app, etc...)
Adding advanced customization to Claire communication frontend
Advanced customization for Claire frontend is possible, through injecting CSS and/or JS code.
Building your own communication frontend
