Reviewing customers information
Purpose
This feature allows users to search and view information about customers.
Access
The Customer feature is accessible in the side menu.
Search for a customer
In order to search for a customer use the search feature located in the green section at the top of the page.
The search bar is case sensitive and if you entered first and last in the search will get all customers with any field matching either first or last name.
For the best result, enter the DMS number.
Filtering by Lease company
Use the toggle button on the right corner.
Simply click on the row to open the modal below.
You can view car appointments or cars related to this customer at the bottom of this modal.
Leasing company
Leasing company will have a special identifier as shown in the image below.***
***Configuration is required with your DMS, simply contact us at support@claireit.eu and we will investigate to see if your location can have this feature activated. Blocking customer communication
If your location has opted to use our
Customer Communication module , you can exclude customers from receiving any
email and SMS communications. Simply toggle on the button called Block Communication as indicated in the image below.
Internal customer
You can indicate if the customer is an internal customer.
Preferred Channel
You can view and indicate the preferred channel of the customer. If your location has opted to use our
Customer Communication module , it will then be indicated on the customer communication modal. The preferred channel can also selected from the Online Check-in by the customer himself.
