Reviewing the Customer Communication log
Purpose
Accessing
Once a communication sent, a note called Customer communication log will be displayed under the Important Items section on the appointment details page.
Reviewing
Simply click on it to open the log. In the modal, each communication can be clicked on in order to see details about it.
On the Communication log, for Online Check-in prices willl be indicated at 0.00 if they were not visible on communication.
Reminder, prices are not visible on communication if
- the setting for your location is set to hide prices on interventions.
- the setting for customer communication is to hide price on interventions for appointment related to a leasing company.
- price is lower than 0.01.
Note: If you click the agreement, it will display the version of the agreement that was accepted.
