The appointment detail page (V8)

In the work order, you will find the job description, issues identified by the mechanic, the points approved by the customer, and much more. We will guide you step by step through the meaning of everything you see on this page so that you fully understand what each section entails and how to make the best use of it.

To access the work order, simply click on the WO number of the car from the main menu (the appointment list).

Photo of the Vehicle
An image of the vehicle linked to the license plate.

Edit Note
Option to modify existing notes/comments.

Add New Note
A button to add additional notes to the appointment.

A button to enter planned or additional work.

Dollar sign
An icon that indicates a customer has paid.

Star icon
The star has no fixed meaning; its meaning depends on what your location has assigned to it. For example, VIP customer.

Status indicator for the arrival of ordered parts, indicated with different colors.

Shortcut to documents created by the dealer.

Shortcut to the Day Planner.

VAT switch
Option to display amounts with or without VAT. By default VAT is enabled.

DBB button
Link to the DBB portal (if active).

RDW button
Displays RDW information of the vehicle.

ROB buttonDisplays the information provided by ROB when creating the appointment in Claire (if active).

Cancel appointmentA button to cancel the appointment.

LogsShows an overview of changes and actions performed within the appointment (Visible only for the Admin role).

Additional vehicle information
Displays the model and engine number. Only when this information doesn't fit on the screen.

Intervention indication buttons
The eye icon indicates whether the intervention is visible to the customer.
The checkmark or cross indicates whether the intervention has been approved by the customer.
The wrench icon indicates whether an intervention has been repaired.

Pin work orderPuts the work order at the top of the appointment list.

Collapse/expand tabs 
This allows you to open or close the tabs on the page.

License plate
Click on the license plate number to open the car detail page.

When you hover the mouse over the license plate or VIN, the option to copy will appear.

Here you enter the title or name of the intervention.

Comments
This field provides space to add additional remarks or details about the intervention.

Subitems
When you add comments to an intervention, they will be displayed here.

Display button attachments
Changes the display of attachments to list or gallery mode.

Upload files
Field to drag or import files as attachments, with a maximum size of 32 MB.

Pinned comment
The pinned comment is intended for simple notes to highlight specific intervention items, such as for warranties or recalls.

Checkbox
This indicates whether the customer agrees with the respective task and if it can be carried out.

Checklist title
The name of the checklist, the name of the technician, and the time frame during which the checklist was completed.

Comments
This field contains the technician's comments for an item. This field can be edited or filled in manually from the desktop.

PDF button
This button converts the checklist into a printable format.

Display button
By clicking this button, you can see all the items that the technician has marked as correct.

Plus button

Under this button, you will find two important functions:

  • Convert item to intervention
  • Snooze item

Shows the level of importance of each item found by the technician.
