In the work order, you will find the job description, issues identified by the mechanic, the points approved by the customer, and much more. We will guide you step by step through the meaning of everything you see on this page so that you fully understand what each section entails and how to make the best use of it.
To access the work order, simply click on the WO number of the car from the main menu (the appointment list).

13 | VAT switch | Option to display amounts with or without VAT. By default VAT is enabled. | |

16 | ROB button | Displays the information provided by ROB when creating the appointment in Claire (if active). | |

18 | Logs | Shows an overview of changes and actions performed within the appointment (Visible only for the Admin role). | |
19 | Additional vehicle information | Displays the model and engine number. Only when this information doesn't fit on the screen. | |
20 | Intervention indication buttons | The eye icon indicates whether the intervention is visible to the customer. The checkmark or cross indicates whether the intervention has been approved by the customer. The wrench icon indicates whether an intervention has been repaired. | |

5 | Upload files | Field to drag or import files as attachments, with a maximum size of 32 MB. | |
6 | Pinned comment | The pinned comment is intended for simple notes to highlight specific intervention items, such as for warranties or recalls. | |
7 | Checkbox | This indicates whether the customer agrees with the respective task and if it can be carried out. |
