Adding notes on the workorder (V8)

The Notes section has been added to the work order detail page to provide a clear and organized overview. This feature allows you to quickly view all notes associated with the work order.

How to add a Note

  1. Open the workorder detail page.
  2. Navigate to the Notes tab.
  3. Click on the plus icon, then select the note type.


Available Note options

  1. Add Note
  2. Add Main Note
  3. Call Customer Note
  4. Add Back Order
  5. Set Info Status
  6. Add Attachment
  7. Add Customer Bill
  8. Add Temporary Driver
  9. Add Recurring Car
  10. Add Parking Location
Info
Back Order is only available if the WO is in status Customer OK, Car Ready and Quality Check performed.
Add Customer Bill is available if the Repair Overview is enabled in location settings and the WO is in status Customer OK, Car Ready or Quality Check.

After adding the note(s), they will be visible on the workorder detail page. You can edit the Note by clicking on the light blue edit button.
