Tyre Discount dashboard V8
This feature allows you to create set a discount that can then be applied to the customer prices when selecting a replacement tire on the appointment details page.
Precondition
Accessing
In the hamburger menu, click Tyre Discount.
Creating, editing and deleting discounts
Only users with a Dealer Admin roles or higher can create, edit and delete discounts.
Creating a Discount
Click the Add Discount button located in top left section of the dashboard.
The Discount modal will open.
Discount Name: Enter a relevant and descriptive name for the discount.
Active (checkmark): Enable this option to make the discount available for selection in the "Add Replacement"modal.- Brand Discount Only: Enable this if the discount applies exclusively to brand-specific discounts.
- Discount (%): Enter the percentage that will be deducted from the gross amount to calculate the customer price when no brand-specific sub-discount is defined.
- Net + Margin: Enter the amount to be added to the net price to calculate the customer price when no brand-specific sub-discount is defined.
- Net + Percent (%): Enter the percentage to be added to the net price to calculate the customer price when no brand-specific sub-discount is defined.
Editing a discount
Once you created a discount, you can go back an edit by clicking the button with the pencil icon.
Creating a Brand Discount
On the row for the appropriate discount, click the plus button (+).
The Discount modal will open.
- Brand: Open the dropdown and select a brand.
- Category: Open the dropdown and select Cars.
- Active checkmark: Enable this option to apply the discount when it is selected in the ''Add Replacement'' modal.
- Discount: Enter a percentage that will be deducted from the gross amount to calculate the customer price if no sub-discount exists for the selected brand.
- Net + Margin: Enter an amount that will be added to the net amount to calculate the customer price if no sub-discount exists for the selected brand.
- Net + Percent (%): Enter the percentage to be added to the net price to calculate the customer price when no brand-specific sub-discount is defined.
Editing a Brand discount
Once you created a Brand discount, you can go back an edit by clicking the button with the pencil icon.
Selecting a discount on the Add Replacement modal
Once your discount is created, on Add Replacement modal you can select from the dropdown in the Discount Name field. When selected discount and brand discount will be applied accordingly.
Note: if your discount has Is brand discount only enabled, only the brands added as Brand discounts will be listed in the dropdown for the filter Brand.Related Articles
