Keep Importing option

This option allows locations to keep information on work orders to be updated from their DMS until the WO status reached Car Ready and not Check started.

Prerequisite

Your location must be configured with our DMSv3 import tool in order for this feature to be activated.

Activation

In order to activate this option,  contact us at support@claireit.eu.

How it works

Work orders that did not reach the status Car Ready will keep having the following information updated from the DMS:
  1. Interventions
  2. Car details information
  3. Driver/Owner/Contractant
For interventions created in the DMS after a check was performed in Claire, they will be imported in Claire but the thumb will be set as not approved by the customer, red thumb down.
Reminder: When an intervention is pinned​ or was selected as the purpose for doing a check, it will no be removed even if in the DMS it was.

Appointment details page

Since check results are often used to create new intervention in the DMS, in the detail page, in check results we do not need to display the price, thumb and fixed columns.

Adding an intervention from a check result option

When Keep Importing After Work Started option is activated and when the location is configured with Keyloop, a plus button will be visible for every question of any checklist.

Once you clicked on the button. the following modal will open with the title prefiled with the question name and with a new element that contain the check result's remark.
