Location overview

Location overview allows users with a Dealer admin role to configure some settings for their location.

Accessing Location 

The location overview is available on the side menu under the section called Overview by clicking Location overview.

Location general

  1. Location name: Name of location, determine what will appear in the top right corner.
  2. Location header: Enter the header that will appear on the PDF document.
  3. Location footer: Enter the footer that will appear on the PDF document.
  4. Land: Enter country.
  5. City: Enter the city.
  6. Street: Enter street.
  7. Postal code: Enter postal code
  8. Phone: Enter the phone
  9. Language: Language selected here will determine the language of Claire application on the tablet and communications in CC Modules.
  10. Commercial name: Enter commercial name.
  11. Upload Logo (.jpg, .jpeg, .png):  Upload logo with a size 180 by 180, will appear on PDF.

IP Address

  1. IP Address Enabled: Enable to activate that security feature. - More info
  2. IP Address: Enter IP provided by the customer. - More info

Privacy

  1. Shows employees name: Enabled to show employees name and signatures(s) on PDF. - More info

Keylocker

  1. Tablet security code: Set the code requested on tablet to pick up a key on keylocker.

MCC Configuration

  1. View the MCC added for your location. Contact support@claireit.eu to add more. 

All-Season tire settings

  1. All Season Advice Threshold: Enter profile minimum before status  changing to advice while doing the tires elements questions. - More info

Summer tyre settings

  1. Summer Advice Threshold: Enter profile minimum before status  changing to advice while doing the tires elements questions. More info

Winter tyre settings

  1. Winter Advice Threshold: Enter profile minimum before status  changing to advice while doing the tires elements questions. More info

Truck tyre settings

  1. Truck Advice Threshold: Enter profile minimum before status  changing to advice while doing the tires elements questions.
  2. Truck Critical Threshold: Enter profile minimum before status  changing to critical while doing the tires elements questions.

Lease

  1. Customer OK by default for DMS lease interventions: Enable to have the interventions set to Customer Ok on workorder related to a lease.

DMS setting

  1. Data source: Enter a text that will be indicated as data source in API and Webhook.

Unpin appointment

Check if you want the workorders with that status to be automotically unpin every morning at 5am.
  1. Automatically unpin appointments on selected statuses: Select from the dropdown, on which status(es) an appointment will be automatically be unpin.
  2. Unpin appointments older than [x] days: Enter after how many days an appointment can be in the past before being automatically unpin.
  3. Unpin appointments further than [x] days: Enter after how many days an appointment can be in the future before being automatically unpin.
  4. Unpin Appointments On Is Billed: Check to have it automatically unpin if the dollar icon is green.
  5. Unpin Appointments On Car Out Of Shop: Check to have it automatically unpin if the appointment is set as Car out of Shop.
