Reading the car detail page (V8)

The car detail page provides a complete overview of all relevant vehicle information, conveniently bundled on one page.

Access

By clicking the license plate number in the appointment detail page, you open the car detail page. Here, you can easily navigate to different sections to quickly find the required information.



At the top of the page, there is a navigation bar. Click an icon to go directly to the desired section.

Details

This section contains specific information about the vehicle, such as the model, engine number, and other technical details.



Notes

All notes from the DMS are displayed here, and you can add new notes yourself. The option to add files, previously available in V7, has been replaced by the ability to attach files directly to a note.



Click the + icon to create a new note.


Info
If there is already a Car note added, it is not possible to add another note, so the + icon disappears. You can edit the Car note by clicking the edit-icon: 

Customer Info

This section contains customer details, including name, phone number, and email address. You can also see who the driver, contractor, and owner of the vehicle are.



Pin items

All pin items are listed here, along with additional details such as the pin date and type of pin.



Unrepaired Items

An overview of all unrepaired items, for example, due to customer rejection.



Appointment History

This section contains information from previous appointments, such as the name of the completed checklists, the number of necessary/advisory items, as well as the mileage and the location.



Tyres

This section shows the tires currently on the vehicle as well as those in storage.


You can delete storage tyres by clicking the red bin icon.

Info
Note: If the status is Check Started, the trash bin will not work.

Driving Trend

A visual overview of the average number of kilometers driven per day, divided over different periods.
