Activating the lease feature

This feature allows you to customize Claire’s elements that are linked to a customer indicated as lease.

In addition, appointments, cars and customers will be readily identifiable through an icon similar to the one below.


Prerequisite

Simply contact us at support@claireit.eu and we will investigate to see if your location can have this feature activated.

Benefits

Once set-up, here are the benefits and possible customizations:
1) On the appointment detail page, it will be possible to opt to have the red thumb down by default on DMS intervention. However in order to activate it you must contact us at support@claireit.eu.
2) It will enable proper use of specific filters that allow you to easily identify lease element on the following dashboard:
3) On the Leads dashboard,  when hovering the customer icon, on the details display when it's a lease company, we will now see it’s specific icon and identifier.
4) For location that have activated the Customer Communication module, you willl have the ability to:
a) Hide prices on interventions on all communication for lease.
b) Hide services offered on the Online Check-in for lease.
5) On the main page, the icon next to the registration will be represented by the lease icon.
6) On the appointment details page, the icon next to the registration will be represented by the lease icon.
7) On tablets, in the startup screen, a new notification icon showing the lease icon will be displayed.
8) On tablets, on the workorder overview,  the lease icon will be visible on the left of the registration number.
