Through Distrimate, it is possible to upload excel files with recalls. As a result, recalls can be seen on work orders in Claire.
How it works?
When logged in you will get navigated to the Upload recalls page.

To upload new recalls, click Browse to upload an excel file (.xml, .xlsx, .csv, .ods).
Then open the computer's files, select the correct file here. Once this has succeeded, you will get the message below:
When an incorrect file is uploaded, you get this message:
Note that the file is structured in excel in the following way:

- Campaign Code: Campaign ID code
- Campaign Name: Name of the campaign
- Campaign Type code: This indicates what the campaign is for: SC = Service Campaign, PD = Post delivery RE = Recall
- Start Date: The date on which the campaign started
- Close Date: the official date on which the campaign was closed
- Release Date: official date on which the campaign started
- VIN: VIN number of the vehicle
- Status: Whether the campaign has been run or not. Enter Settled here when the campaign has been executed. Leave blank when it has not yet been done.
- Buy-off Company:
- Approval Company:
- Customer #:
- Customer_EN:
- Country: The country where the campaign is open.
- Verhicle Series: The car model for which the campaign is open.
- Claim Order: MG unique Claime order number.
- Repair End Date: That the repair/campaign has been completed.
- Approval Date: That the claim has been approved.
When the uploaded file is missing one of these columns, you will get this error upon uploading:
2. Recalls
This page shows all recalls. The table is sorted from most recently updated to oldest recalls.
At the top the last import date is shown.
Recalls can be searched via the Seatch bar by campaign code, campaign name, campaign type code and VIN number.
