Een werkorder toevoegen in Claire (V8)

When a work order is not automatically linked to Claire from the DMS, it is possible to add it manually. By default, the option to manually create work orders in Claire is on. Contact support@claireit.eu to turn this off.

How it works

Create workorder

Step 1: Click on the plus sign at the top left of the screen. Now the Create workorder modal opens.

Step 2: Fill in the license plate of the car. Claire will automatically search for the car in the Claire or DMS database, as shown with the tag behind the license plate.

It is also possible to put car in shop on creation and mark the customer as waiting for this workorder.

Step 3: By clicking on the license plate, it will automatically add all the car and customer information.

Add customer

If it does not find the right customer, you can click on the Customer field to select the right one.

It is also possible to fill in the fields manually.*
Warning
*Fields with a red asterisk * are mandatory to fill in.
Notes
For locations with a Keyloop configuration: it is not possible to manually add car or customer information. This will be possible in a later update with the External data button.

Add dates

Add the workorder appointment and scheduled in/out dates. Click on the fields to open the date/time picker.

Notes
For location with a Keyloop configuration: It will automatically assign a workorder number to the appointment.

Add intervention

Step 2: The intervention modal opens, add here all the relevant information.

  1. By turning the icon in the top right corner green or red, you can indicate whether or not the customer has agreed to the intervention.
  2. By clicking on the label pin, you can add a comment, warranty or recall to the intervention.
By clicking Subitems, a new modal appear, there you can add a note subitem to the intervention.

Step 3: Click on Save to add the intervention to the workorder

Add Recalls

Step 1: If a car has open recalls, it is also possible to add these by clicking Add Recalls. This button only appears if there are recalls from RDW or the brand manufacturer.

Step 2: Select here the open recalls

Step 3: By clicking Confrim this recall will be added. On the workorder it will also add the recall pin to it.
