LEF connection with Claire
Sending leads from Claire to LEF (Leads Management Tool) is now possible if a link is made at dealer location level.
Send the following LEF API login details to support@claireit.eu, to activate this function:
- Login name and password per dealer
- Account number per location
When activated, the dealer admin or Claire support can activate the slider 'Send to LEF' per online check-in extra service per location to send the data to LEF, as shown below.
When the extra service is accepted during the online check-in, it is immediately sent to LEF as a lead with information about the service.
In the appointment detail page, you can see this by hovering over the X button in the service.
A new lead has now been created in LEF dashboard with details.
