By default it is possible to create a workorder in Claire. To disable this option, contact
support@claireit.eu.
How it works
When a workorder is not automatically imported from DMS in Claire, it is possible to add it manually. You can create a new WO by clicking on the plus button in the left corner of the appointment list page.
When you click on it, the following page will open:
All fields marked with * are mandatory. The information entered will be visible on the appointmentlist and in the workorder.
Field car
First you will need to enter the registration number of the car. If the car was previously recorded in Claire, it will give suggestions based on the entered information. Select the appropriate car and it will automatically fill in the corresponding information.
If the car information is missing (brand, modal, APK date) you can import it from RDW or ROB* by clicking on External data button.
Select the correct information if needed and click Update.
Extra settings:
- Car in shop: This will automatically put the car in shop (on Keyloop locations it will also ask to enter the current mileage)
- Customer waiting: This will enable the icon for customer is waiting
- Lease company:
- Internal:
Customer field
To enter the customer informatione, select the field under Customer, this will show the customer who is connected to the car.
After selecting it, the information is automatically filled in. You can edit these fields or add a different driver/owner/contractor. This information will be saved in Claire.
Appointment details
Lastly enter the correct dates and WO number to the appointment. The dates will be automatically filled in on todays dates and time.
Clicking on one of the date fields will open a calender where you can selecte a different date or time.
On Keyloop locations, the WO number will be automatically added and cannot be changed.
Add interventions
Click on the green Add intervention button. A modal will open where you can enter the customer complaint. After that click on Save.
The new intervention is then added to the create workorder screen.

If there are recalls available for this car, then the Add recalls button will also be available.
