Columns
Appointments
This column lists new WOs that have not yet been checked in. WOs are listed in ascending order by date and time, from old to new.
Unassigned
This column displays work orders that have not yet been assigned to a mechanic and have the status 'Car in shop'.
Cars must first be checked in through the DMS or Claire before appearing in the 'Unassigned' column.
Drag a workorder by clicking and holding the status icon of a workorder. Then move the mouse to move the workorder.

WOs with ‘Car in shop’ status and a date in the past must be pinned to appear in the day overview.
Mechanic's tasks
This column lists all mechanics. Each mechanic has ten slots, meaning up to ten work orders can be assigned to each mechanic. You can do this by dragging a work order from the 'Unassigned' column to an empty slot.
Additionally, you can unassign a work order from a mechanic by dragging it back to the 'Unassigned' column. You can also reassign a work order by dragging it to another mechanic.
Cars ready
When a WO reaches the ‘Car Ready’ status, it is automatically moved to the ‘Cars Ready’ column. Work orders that were assigned to a mechanic have a circle with the initials of the last assigned mechanic.
If a quality check is in progress, the WO remains in that column until the quality check is completed.
Quality control
When a WO reaches ‘Quality Control’ status, it is automatically moved to the ‘Quality Control’ column.
Hover function
WO number
As soon as you move your cursor/mouse pointer over the WO number, a popup opens with additional information:
1. Planned interventions
* planned time for the intervention (time is imported from DMS CarIt, Autoline ODBC, Autoline Keyloop, Wincar and Incadea)
2. If the intervention has a pin (comment, recall or warranty)
3. Has the intervention been approved by the customer (green check)
4. Has the intervention been repaired by the mechanic (green wrench icon)
Registration number
Once you move your cursor over the registration number, a window will appear containing additional information about the car (make, model, etc.).
Tablet
On the tablet, the mechanic has a 'Planning' button. When enabled, it displays only the work orders assigned to him/her in the day overview.

If the status of a work order changes to 'Car out of shop', it is automatically unassigned from the mechanic.
When a mechanic starts a new inspection on a pending work order, it is automatically assigned to them in the 'Mechanic's Tasks' column.
Additional options
Assign to mechanic on check started
Each time a mechanic starts a new check on a work order, it is automatically moved to the first slot under their name.
Assign to mechanic when intervention repaired
When a mechanic performs a 'Car Ready' check and marks an intervention as repaired, the work order is automatically moved to the first slot under their name.
