2022 Updates

V7.25 Claire Update

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release:

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 

  1.  Appointment list - The appointments with a key icon indicating a key was dropped in the Claire's locker will always be the first on top of the list.

V7.22 Claire Update

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Customers Communication - 
    1. In Diagnose overview, information regarding APK is now added.
    2. In template, an icon eye icon in the Communication Type column will indicate which templates are active or not.
  1. Reports - 
    1. In Dealer reports, the report was called Quality checks was improved.
    2. In Location reports, a dates range filter was added.
  1. Appointment details page -
    1. A new button called Logs was added, allowing the review of activities history of the shopping cart.
    2. The function to print labels for key is now accessible from a new button.

V7.21 Claire Update

Release date: September  7th , 2022
 
On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Warranty dashboard -. 
    1. When hover over on Claims and VIN number, you will now be able to see the full number and if you click on it, the number will be then copied to your clipboard.
    2. A new icon was added in the result items, simply hover over to see which dealer and location it pertains.
    3. When re-opening the dashboard, the last selection used for the dealers and locations filter will be pre-selected.
    4. For two headers, new dropdowns were added so you can alternate the information displayed in their respective column between Registration number and VIN and between Appointment date and Last change.

    1. When a car is indicated as out of shop, a new icon will be displayed on the status icon.
    2. The DBB label now contains notes entered for tires in DBB.

V7.20 Claire Update

V7.19 Claire Update

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Appointment details page -
    1. Shopping cart notification has a new color available for selection. You can now identify a new stage of your process as you deem appropriate.
    2. Now when clicking on Car Ready, a new modal will appear. This modal contains information to identify the key in a print ready label format.
    3. On the tire element question, we now have the option to offer replacement tires for those tires indicated as in storage.

  1. Warranty dashboard – Pin items with the pin status set as Claimed are no longer visible by default. However, a toggle button was added that when you enable it, you can only view the items with that pin status.

    1. New category for Keylocker is now available with a new report.

  1. User page – New columns and filters were added, allowing you to keep track on which versions of the Claire applications that were last used by the users.

V7.15 Claire Update

Release date: April 27th , 2022
 
On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release:

  1. Appointment details page
    1. The Car in shop button now always remains enabled, allowing you to indicate when the car is in and out of the shop. 
    2. The PDF will now display below the employee signature question the name of the mechanic who performed the check as signatory. A new customer signature question is available, contact us at support@claireit.eu for further information.
    3. If configured for your location, notes entered in your DMS in regards to the appointment and vehicle will now be displayed. For further information or to request its configuration contact us support@claireit.eu.
    4. Prices can now be adjusted in any steps of the process.

  1. Snooze function - A new status was added called Done. Pin set with that status will not be displayed on the leads page by default unless when selected in filter status. It will also not be displayed on Active Snoozed Items History in the appointment details page.

    1. New dropdown filters were added for tags and questions.
    2. New toggle filter for interventions. 
  1. Warranty dashboard
    1. A new column and filter for brands.
    2. Filters for pin types and pin status will now allow multiple selection.

    1. In location reports, a new report section was added called Snooze that contains an overview and graphs by department.
    2. In dealer reports, a new report section was added called Snooze that contains an overview for each department.
    3. In dealer reports, in the appointment section a new report called Leases overview was added and the report Location overview was improved.

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Customer communication - We are excited to announce that we have perfected a new tool that we have recently conceived called Desk Check-In. We trust that by adding this missing piece to our module, the beneficiaries will be able to reach a new level of transparency with their customers and help their team complete the journey with Claire toward a fully paperless process. The feature is so straightforward, with one simple click with Claire, you can share the data about an appointment on a paired tablet that was handed to your customer. The customer sees everything he/she would also see on a paper work-order, only digitally on a tablet and that can be then digitally sign it. V7.13 Claire Update

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Leads dashboard - 
    1. It is now separated into three types: Snoozed, Not Snoozed and Cars.
    2. A new information was added, it provides the estimated date for the next maintenance of vehicles.
    3. Export function is now enabled when only one location is selected.
    4. The toggle button to filter deleted snoozed items is now removed. Deleted items can now be selected on the filter Snooze Status.

    1. When the driver, owner or contractor is indicated as being a lease company, two new functions can be activated. The first one in Setting to hide prices on interventions on all communication and the second in Check-in Services to hide services offered on the Online Check-in.
    2. In Templates, a new placeholder is available to add the phone number of the receptionist who sent the communication.

On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Daily car checks export - For those using an external analytical tool and interested in importing data regarding the car checks being done by their dealer/group locations, we now provide an export updated daily.  Simply contact us at support@claireit.eu to request its activation. Note that data will start to aggregate once this feature is enabled for your dealer/group, but historical data can be added upon request.
  1. Appointment details - A new cancel button is now visible when the appointment status is New car. It will allow you to identify appointments that have been canceled and add a reason why. New reports on canceled appointments are also available. For locations that are using the online check-in, it can be used to prevent the communication from being sent.

  1. News -  Claire is now sharing the news feature to all his users. You can now publish your own news to your team, which will be displayed the next time they login or they can read them in the News page now accessible in the menu.

    1. For locations that have CDK Cloud API configuration, Car in Shop status will now get automatically updated in Claire within minutes but as always the refresh button can be used to update it right away.
    2. The appointment note will now indicate when it was last updated, and by whom.

  1. Warranty Dashboard - This new tool allows you to manage information about items that have been pinned as warranty or recall. The data can be customized using the various filters while remaining interactive. This will empower you to monitor and analyze this important part of the after-sales.

  1. URL Handlers - Pages opened using any url handlers can now only be closed using the browser close tab button.
  1. Appointment details page - Now if an appointment is indicated as internal, a new indicator will be visible next to the WO number.

V7.10.27 Claire Update

Release date: March 4th, 2021
 
On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
 
  1. Webhooks -  When a specific action or status update is performed in Claire, this new feature will allow you to trigger a web call to any of your pages or API endpoints. The appointment ID is then provided, enabling you, if needed, to pull it from our Public API.
  1. URL Handlers - New url handlers were created, allowing you to directly open the details page for a specific vehicle or appointment in Claire
  1. Leads page 
    1. The export file now contains additional columns about the vehicles.

The version Claire 7.10.26 went live. On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Warranty manager role  - The users set with that role can now be assigned to specific makes, and based on the VIN# the appointments or related data will be visual for this user.

    1. When changing the appointment date in Claire, the difference in number of days between the initial appointment date and the modified date will now be indicated next to the appointment date on the appointment list page.
    2. If the appointment date in the DMS is changed, the dates will automatically be changed in Claire, if the new appointment is in the date range of importing data from the DMS.

The version Claire 7.10.25 went live. On top of the ongoing work that our team is doing behind the scenes in preparation of upcoming functionalities, here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. System tags  - These new tags will allow us to enable filtering options across various functionalities, and are already available in the Leads.
  1. Warranty manager role  - The users set with that role can be given access to specific locations within multiple groups.
  1. Leads page - It has now improved results by not showing items fixed on a next appointment. It’s also offering new functionalities:
    1. A new snooze type is now available for Warranty.
    2. Filter between a range of custom dates (ie From Jan 5 to Jan 10).
    3. Filter by tags, allow you to get all items related to selected tags grouped together.
    4. Export the result to an excel sheet that contains more information including  direct link to the related appointments in Claire.

    1. Thanks to all the feedback received, the design of checklist’s PDF has been updated in hope to greatly improve his overall usability.
    2. When the mouse hovers over the status bar,  expanded details will now show the name the corresponding status.
    3. When a tires element question is performed, icons representing each season type now have a more distinct look.
    4. For locations that have CDK Cloud API configuration, DMS interventions deleted in Claire will also be deleted in CDK.

    1. In the information section on the left side, a new field was added called First Registration and the pre-existing one about registration was renamed First Issue NL. These changes were made in order to make a differentiation between the first registration ever and the first registration in the Netherlands.
    2. For location that have set up CDK configuration, in the data section, a new fied called Last DMS update was added to indicate the last  time this appointment’s data was updated (i.e. 5 minutes ago). A refresh button displayed next to this field will allow locations that are using CDK to update the data for this appointment.

  1. Customer communication -  For the dealerships that have opted to take advantage of this module, here are some improvements:
    1. A new overview button was created. Once a diagnose or repair overview report is opened by its recipient, a new button will become visible on the appointment details page. It will be visible on the left of the Customer Communication button. When clicked on, a new tab on your browser will open where you can view the latest customer communication sent in a read only mode at its latest state (responded or not).
    2. On the Online Check-in Services page, the prices are now displayed on the right of the services.
    3. On an updated Diagnose overview, your customer will receive the communication with his previous selections indicated. These pre-selected items will be in a read only format and they can only select an answer for newly added items.

V7.10.19 Claire Update

Release date: August  30th, 2020
 
The version Claire 7.10.19 went live. Here are some improvements that we have worked on since the last release:
  1. Appointment details page 
    1. Checklist PDF has a new look. We have redesigned it to be aligned with our latest module called Customer Communications. We really hope that you and your team will fancy this fresh new look.
    2. On the side bar,  a new field called Scheduled-in was created.  It  will indicate  when the car is supposed to come to the shop. It's not visible for the moment unless the WO  was created manually. In the future, this new field will be rendered visible as DMS interfaces are progressively adjusted  to import the related data.
    3. On the side bar, Return time is now named Scheduled-out.
    4. Final remarks added by mechanics (if there are any) are now fully visible and identifiable under each checklist item.

V7.10.16 Claire Update

The version Claire 7.10.16 went live. Here are the improvements that we have worked on since the last release: 
  1. Appointment details page - Here are some improvements on that page:
    1. Enable pin and snooze buttons when appointment is in Car OK status and also when Quality control check is done.
    2. Progress bar will display the name of the user when hovering over.
    3. For locations using Autoline, notes entered in the DMS are now displayed on this page.

V7.10.15 Claire Update

Release date: June 4, 2020
 
The version Claire 7.10.15 went live. Here are the improvements that we have worked on since the last release:
  1. Appointment details page -  It is now allowed to edit mechanics remarks when appointment/workorder is in status Car OK.
  1. Customer communication -  For the dealerships that have opted to take advantage of this module, here are some really exciting new developments that we have worked on:
    1. A new tool called Online Check-In has been developed. It’s giving customers the opportunity, prior to their appointment, to review the agreed work. Moreover, the customer will be automatically offered additional services or promotions depending on the make of the car. When he comes to bring the car for check-in, he/she only needs to hand you the car key. 
    2. In the window to send the Car control report, a new Preview button is available. It shows the preview of the car control report in a popup, then allowing it to be sent with the Send button . Also the items that the receptionist has selected when sending the Customer communication will be pre-selected for displaying on the Car control report. 
    3. It's now possible to download the Car control report at any time after it was sent. Thanks to a PDF button that will now be displayed on the appointment detail page next to the "envelope" icon.

V7.10.14 Claire Update

Release date: May 7th, 2020
 
The version Claire 7.10.14 went live. Here are the improvements that we have worked on since the last release:
  1. Appointment list page-  A couple improvements happened on this page:
    1. Your default display selection between appointment date/return time is now saved when using the same browser and remains saved until the time you clear the cache on it.
    2. The display of the Adding appointment button has been improved.
  1. Appointment detail page- A couple improvements occurs on this page:
    1. It's now possible to save price by simply clicking on the Enter button and to create a new row by using Shift+Enter.
    2. It is no longer possible to modify price or add intervention once the appointment has reached the Car ready status.
  1. DMS Connection  - It is now allowing new elements of information to be updated once the work has begun. Here are the items that can now be updated out of your DMS once an appointment/workorder is in progress:
    1. Return time date
    2. Email address
    3. Phone number
    4. If customer is waiting on site (Coffee cup)
  1. Customer communication -  Several improvements have been realized on this feature. Here is a list of them:
    1. New welcome screen for the Car ready report.
    2. Customer communication web page is now available as read-only after order has been confirmed by customer.
    3. Allowing the receptionist to manually enter a custom email on the customer communication screen.
    4. Customer communication screen total price is now showing the total price for interventions and items that have been selected as visible (green eye) for the customer.



V7.10.13 Claire Update

Release date: April 8, 2020

The version Claire 7.10.13 is now live. Here are the improvements that we worked on since the last release:
  1. Appointment list page - A new feature accessible on the appointment list page gives users access to Claire’s help center and enables them to search articles it contains. Further, its ticket section makes it convenient for them to create support tickets and view closed ones.

  1. QR login feature -  A QR code is now available on the login page. It allows mechanics to access appointments on a diagnostic laptop. It makes it easy and convenient for them to attach a diagnostic report to an appointment.
